The Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) on August 01, 2026, notified regarding the Temporary Suspension of Online Real Estate Agent Registration in Kerala.
It has temporarily suspended the acceptance and processing of online applications for fresh Real Estate Agent registrations and extension of existing registrations to facilitate modifications to its online registration system. The changes are being made to comply with directions issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, pursuant to Government of India Orders dated February 2, 2021 and January 30, 2023. The online facility will be restored after completion of the required system modifications, and the date of resumption will be notified separately through the Authority’s website.
